So many worthy cancer charities, all deserving of Choir support
Marie Curie Cancer care needs to raise £10,000 for every hour of every day to cover the costs of its 2,000 nurses who work with the terminally ill. The organisation is the largest provider of hospice beds outside of the NHS and spends more than £93 million each year on care, research and development. The figure is overwhelming, but so is the care which money can provide.
An opportunity to support this essential fund-raising arises on Saturday, 10th May at Trinity Methodist Church, Porthcawl (in central John Street) at a cost of just £7.00. Not only will you be supporting an excellent cause, but you will also have the opportunity of seeing and hearing the award winning Bridgend Male Choir. Tickets are available at the door from 6.30 pm for a 7.00 pm Concert start. Hope to see you there!
